What motivates me to volunteer as Fil-Am officer?
I have the ability to make a meaningful difference both within Fil-Am and in the broader community. It’s a privilege working alongside a team of committed, hardworking, and selfless officers who truly have a heart for service. Together, we are able to create a positive impact and strengthen our connection with the Tri-cities community.

What are the programs or activities that I want to initiate/lead for Fil-Am?
Monthly leadership meetings with purpose, Volunteer recognition programs, social media consistency and storytelling, Public service collaborations, joint event with other cultural groups.

What can be my message to the Fil-Am community to encourage them to participate or even volunteer as an officer?
I invite each of you to take part in our mission.  Whether by attending events, volunteering your time, or stepping into a leadership role, your involvement is what strengthens and sustains Fil-Am. Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a vital role in the impact we create together.   As we move forward, I am excited for what we can accomplish as one united Fil-Am community.  One that is rooted in culture, driven by service, and inspired to make a difference.
